International buyers are a large part of South Florida’s housing market, and a recent report from the National Association of Realtors shows just where they are looking most.
The February measure found that the top 10 spots included three Florida regions, with Miami ranking second nationally.

2. Miami
3. Las Vegas
4. Orlando
5. Fort Lauderdale
6. Detroit
7. Houston
8. New York
9. Atlanta
10. San Francisco
But NAR broke it down even further, finding out where the global buyers live that are searching for US homes on Realtor.com.
Canadians, for example, mostly searched for residences in Las Vegas, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Los Angeles and Detroit.
People from the United Kingdome liked Los Angeles, Orlando, Houston, Las Vegas and Atlanta.
Miami topped the search list for people from Brazil, France, Italy, Spain and Switzerland
